Some people focus entirely on one MLM or income stream. While this is OK to start off with…you CANNOT rely on only one income stream. Here are my top 5 reasons why you need MULTIPLE streams of income- on the internet or offline.

#1 – You never really own your network marketing organization. As we’ve seen with the latest news from Efusjon, companies can decide at any moment to stop using the network marketing method of distribution. That leaves YOU with no company…and a lot of reps running around like headless chickens because they don’t have any money coming in. By having more than one income stream for you AND your team, you provide security.

#2 – It is a LOT harder to make a significant income. Yes, there may be a few of you reading this that make a nice income from only one source, but the majority of you are either struggling to make a large amount or you are making money from many different sources. It’s better and easier to have 10 streams making you $1000 a month than 1 source making you $10,000 a month.

#3 – Cross over. What do I mean by this? I mean…you need products that your reps can all use to enhance their online business. So instead of having 100 reps only making you money with one company, you have 100 reps in your primary business but 75 of them are also using your marketing system, 20 of them ALSO use your autoresponder software, 50 of them also use a handful of affiliate products you offer etc. Those 100 reps are making you a lot more money when they are using more than one of your businesses or tools.

By having a marketing system that you plug your new reps into, having video marketing software that everyone uses, having affiliate products that all your reps use…you create a very easy system to duplicate because everyone is on the same page, using the same tools, with the same businesses. Instead of having separate teams in each stream of income you have a team that is united, using ALL of your recommended tools and joining your MLM. They will also get their new reps into all the same tools and services….more success for you – without the headache of trying to teach your reps how to do what you do. And your new reps are going to make a lot more money too, making them stick with you…even IF one of your income streams stop.

#5 – It’s what all the TOP network marketers are doing. How many of you want to be up the top too? Do you think that you get there by doing things your own way, or do you get there by learning from people that have already done it? We all know the answer to that one, but so many people keep struggling along trying to do it alone, their own way. Find a mentor, join a successful team and LEARN from them.
