I’m sitting in Scotlands biggest second-hand bookshop, drinking a coffee and getting a little peace and quiet from my two year old daughter.

I wanted to start up this feature I used to do, called “Ask Me Anything” where I take your questions each week and answer them live on video.

I’m known for not being shy to answer tough questions, so please leave a comment below with your TOUGHEST questions about myself, online marketing, MLM, lead generation, affiliate marketing – whatever you want! So, I’m going to start with a question I was asked last night at a local MeetUp.com group for web based business people. It was my first time at the group and people were curious as to how I made a living online without being in a service based job.

If you are new to the internet network marketing community it might clarify a few things :)

“How Do You Make Money Online Without Being Employed Or Working For Clients?”

The core of my business is building an email list and fostering strong relationships with my subscribers. My target market is anyone with a small home business, particularly those trying to build network marketing businesses from home and looking for ways to do it online.

I make money from my network marketing team, affiliate products (where I get paid to promote someone elses product or training and get paid a monthly commission per referral) and from my own training courses. In everything I do I look to automate it and leverage other people or systems so that I remove the need for me to be here or provide services to actually make money.

My business looks like this -

Home business owner looking for ways to sell more or build a team in their MLM using the internet > comes across my website and training online > loves the help they are getting and subscribe to my email list for future updates > receive more free training and product/service recommendations > some of those buyers will also go on to join my network marketing team for one-on-one training and mentoring.

When you can get traffic coming to your site all day long, people going on to your mailing list, receiving your emails, buying your recommended products, joining your team…it all builds up and comes in every month.

It might sound complicated but I actually use a system that has it ALL set up for me already.
