I never thought, when I first started my online network marketing business, that I was actually getting in to personal development more than anything else….but it’s true.
The number ONE thing to learn in this industry is people.
How people work, how YOU work…
It’s amazing stuff.
And once you start to ‘get it’ it opens up doors to lots of things that you wouldn’t have seen before or couldn’t acheive before.
I’ve talked to people that have been online for years and are still struggling to make money.
Sometimes, it’s their online skill set that needs help, maybe they haven’t been building a list or growing a business that pays you well.
But MOST of the time it’s their understanding of themselves and others that is holding them back from the next levels of success.
When I started to learn this stuff, my income SHOT up- cause I could get more results, from the same amount of leads, traffic etc.
This is something I teach all of my team so that they can start to really get to the core of what makes them learn faster, have more confidence and how to communicate with people around them to really attract prospects to them.
